DAR Headquarters, including the DAR Museum and DAR Library, will be closed to the public on Saturday, June 13
due to street closures and access restrictions connected with an area event. Additionally, street traffic and parking
in the area will be significantly restricted in the days leading up to and following the weekend events.

Collections

The Collections of the DAR vary from the objects of the DAR Museum, the extensive print resources of our DAR Library, and our very own Archives, which holds NSDAR records and an extensive Americana Collection. ARCHIVES
Preserving History

Our Archives contain two very important collections. The Americana Collection specifically focused on Colonial America, the Revolutionary War, and Early Republic. The NSDAR Archives contains all NSDAR records, photographs, and objects that are no longer administratively useful but which have sufficient historical value.
