DAR Headquarters will be closed July 4-5, for the Independence Day Holiday. DAR Headquarters will be open on Saturday, July 6.

During the week of the 75th anniversary of the Marian Anderson concert at the Lincoln Memorial, the Daughters of the American Revolution commemorated the anniversary through educational outreach and participation in celebratory events. DAR Executive Officers read and donated Marian Anderson children's books to local Washington, D.C. public schools, attended a National Parks Service commemorative program at the Lincoln Memorial and hosted the "Of Thee We Sing: The Marian Anderson 75th Anniversary Celebration" at DAR Constitution Hall.
