Specific holidays to be scheduled by Executive Ruling Employees are given a holiday the following Monday when the holiday falls on Sunday and the proceeding Friday when the holiday falls on Saturday.
Any decision to close down operations for weather will be made by the Administrator or someone acting for the Administrator.
