All rates are for a maximum of 10 hours including load in, event time, and load out
Additional fees may apply for special requests and/or extension of time.
A Half Day Rate (50% discount) is applied for events that occur within a 6-hour block – including set up and clean up time.
A fee of $2,000 for DAR Venue Coordinator, Security and Maintenance personnel will be added to every event.
DAR Member Discount of 30% only applies for events during December – February.
